Brut Sparkling Wine – Calza Winery

This sparkling wine, aged for 24 months on autolysis, is uniquely characterized by a native yeast from the vineyards themselves, developed in collaboration with Embrapa and Aprobelo. It is composed of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Italian Riesling, and 20% Pinot Noir.

Description: Golden color and constant perlage. Aromas of fresh fruits such as apple and pear, with notes of toasted bread. On the palate, excellent creaminess and long finish, reminiscent of dried fruits and toasted bread.
