Chardonnay Wine – Calza Winery

Grape: Chardonnay (Saccharomyces cerevisiae 24MB-CM06, yeast from Monte Belo do Sul).

Barrel: 8 months Slovenian oak (60% barrel-aged, 40% stainless steel).

Harvest: 2023.

Alcohol content: 12.8%

Olfactory Characteristics: delicate and refined, with notes of fresh fruits such as apple and also hints of tropical fruits such as pineapple.

Tasting Notes: unctuous and fresh, reminiscent of a tropical fruit aftertaste.

Pairing: fish and soft cheeses.
